Each month, our Beaver Choice subscription invites you into the heart of what we love most: discovery. One thoughtfully selected coffee arrives at your door, chosen by our Newbery St. crew to reflect the flavors, stories, and origins we are most excited to share at that moment.

Depending on the coffee we decide to roast, you will receive either a 4 oz or 8 oz bag, allowing us to highlight each coffee in the way we believe best expresses it.

This is more than a subscription. It is a connection to origin, to process, and to the people behind the coffee. Expect expressive, sometimes unexpected flavors that spark curiosity and turn everyday brewing into a quiet moment of exploration.

Selections are updated during the first week of each month, allowing the journey to keep evolving, one cup at a time.
