Popup Café in Residence at Merai Bar, Brookline, MA

We’re excited to be a popup café in residence at Merai Bar, where we serve a curated selection of pour-over coffees alongside Asian-inspired signature drinks. From our rich Black Sesame Latte to the comforting Azuki Matcha, every cup is crafted to offer a unique experience.

We also serve freshly baked salt bread—simple, savory, and the perfect pairing with coffee.

Who We Are

Newbery Street Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster based in Greater Boston, focusing on Thai specialty coffee. Our passion lies in crafting exceptional brews to kickstart your day. We proudly offer a selection of coffees from Thailand and around the globe.

What sets us apart is our dedication to the craft of roasting. Your coffee is expertly handled by Pack Katisomsakul, 3rd US National Brewers Cup Champion 2024 & 2025 and a padawan of Alex Niculae, the World Coffee Roasting Champion. With an SCA Intermediate Coffee Roasting certificate, Pack ensures that every roast delivers a morning joy.
