This is a basic specialty coffee class focused on improving your home brewing through pour-over techniques.

In this class, we’ll cover:

• What’s behind the information on a coffee bag
• How to taste and describe coffee
• Coffee equipments
• Coffee variety
• Key fundamentals of a pour-over

Important note: You’ll be brewing coffee and sharing it with the group. I’ll also teach you the center pour technique we use at our café pop-up and explain the reasoning behind it. We will only hold the class if more than two people attend.
