Pau Brasil Coffee is grown in Cerrado Mineiro, one of our favorite coffee regions in Brazil. Located in the northwest part of Minas Gerais, this area is known for its steady seasons, with hot, rainy summers and dry, mild winters. The dry climate during harvest is ideal for producing clean, consistent coffee.
What makes Cerrado truly special is the people. More than 4,500 farmers grow coffee here, many from families who have been farming for generations, just like those behind Pau Brasil. These producers combine deep knowledge, hands-on experience, and a true passion for their craft. Many have studied agronomy or business and continue to raise the bar every harvest.
Pau Brasil is grown at 1,110 meters above sea level. This altitude, along with Cerrado’s rich soil and stable weather, produces a coffee that is smooth, full-bodied, and chocolatey. We especially love how it performs as espresso and in batch brews, delivering comfort and balance in every cup.
