Pu'er Yunnan **Roasting 12/27/2024
We're excited to share our very first Yunnan coffee roasted by Newbery Street Coffee Roasters. We chose this coffee because its sweetness stood out beautifully during cupping, and we loved the tea-like aftertaste, which felt like a perfect match for our roast profile. Yunnan is an origin we’ve been eager to explore, and with the help of P'Jennifer Martinez, we had the opportunity to roast our first coffee from China. There’s a deeper story behind why we picked this origin, which you can read more about Yunnan Cioffee here, as Pack shares how he first discovered Yunnan coffee in 2020.
