Twakok — Sidamo, Ethiopia
“Twakok” is a name created by the Pebble Coffee team, inspired by the local Ethiopian term Tafac Kok, which means “sweet peach.” It perfectly captures the essence of this coffee, bright, juicy, and full of peach-like sweetness.
Sourced by Pebble Coffee, who has been working closely with producers in this region since 2018, Twakok offers a beautiful expression of Sidamo’s character. Its flavor is round and expressive, peach all over the mouth, a refreshing contrast to the more familiar Yirgacheffe and Guji profiles.
